01 — The problem

The shop needed one system for the till, the stock and the paperwork — built around selling by weight.

02 — The approach

Built alone. I planned the screens and the data, then directed AI agents: first a web app in Blazor (.NET), then a rebuild as an offline Android app in Flutter.

03 — The result

Delivered as an offline Android app, with the shop’s 134 products in its catalogue.
